Please upload one manuscript with the authors’ details displayed on the cover page (saved as Manuscript_AuthorDetails) and one manuscript with the authors’ details removed (saved as Manuscript_Anonymous). You can also upload up to three additional documents that contain other information to be included in your manuscript, such as graphs or figures.

 All manuscripts must be written in Arial or Times New Roman. Font size 12 must be used for the body of the article, and font size 16 should be used for the title.

 All references must be written in Vancouver (numeric) style.
